After completing Mission 7, you’ll be approached by Vessa seeking out your help to collect 107 wisps into the Odd Keystone. They have been scattered across the whole Hisui region. As you collect the wisps, you can receive rewards from Vessa. Below are the wisps found at Cobalt Coastlands!
