Below is a guide on the collectibles found in Chapter 10: Test of Faith of Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy. You can examine the Guardian Collectibles in the rooms of each team member after finding them to add the item to the Galactic Compendium.
Caves of Lamentis
Gamora – Five Horsemen of the Apocalypse Outfit
Shortly after entering the Caves of Lamentis, you’ll pass a waterfall near the entrance. The chest can be found behind the waterfall. You’ll need to approach it without walking through the water as the current is too strong.
A Foggy Theory
After fighting Stumpy, follow the path forward. After you jump down off a short ledge, climb through the slit in the wall on the left. Follow the path left under some crystals then climb up a ledge to find the collectible.
Mourning Candle
From the previous collectible, climb up the ledge then take a right to find the collectible on the ground near some blue growth.
Rocket – Hero of Halfworld Outfit
After battling the group of Ogrode, look for a small hole that you can send Rocket into. Once he goes inside, he’ll blow out a section of the wall revealing a hidden area. Head through the slit then use your guns’ freezing power to stop the poison. Jump the gap then use Groot to raise the platform. Follow the path forward, jumping up as high as you can go. This will bring you to a ledge that you can walk across to find the chest. **For us this chest was bugged. Every time we walked across the ledge and reached the area containing the chest, we were automatically turned around and forced to re-cross the ledge. If this happens to you, just walk over the nearby tall blue plants then double jump over the ledge to reach the chest.**
Meditation Stone
After fighting the second group of Ogrode, there will be a stone face in the wall on the right side of the room sporting a moustache that you can use to pull the statue away from the wall with your guns. Shoot the goo behind the face to reveal a hidden path. Crouch through the small space then shoot the poison so you can pass through this area. When you reach the ledge overlooking the previous room, you’ll find the collectible on the ground.
Pip’s Quips
Keep heading forward until you reach the slit in the wall leading to a waterfall. Just before the slit, look on the ground to find the collectible.
Groot – Annihilation: Conquest Suit Outfit
During a cutscene, the Guardians will fall through the floor into a dark area where Groot will start glowing. Keep heading forward following the path right. Eventually you’ll come to a slit in the wall with a chest on the other side.
