Head to Wild Jackson
Head to Wild Jackson on Tenkaichi Street and take the stairs up to the second level. Talk to the client with brown hair wearing a gray jacket and red shirt named Akagawa. He last saw his bag at Children’s Park on Shichifuku Street. His bag is yellow with straps. His jacket is blue and white with a tiger embroidered on the back and it says “Tiger” on it, too. Wallet’s made of blue fabric and his watch is bright yellow.
Head to the Children’s Park
Head to Children’s Park on West Shichifuku Street and talk to the guy sitting on a bench. He will direct you to talk to the two homeless people surrounding a burn barrel who request you to buy two tonkatsu bentos. While talking with the men near the burn barrel, Homeless Kondo shows up and convinces them to just give you the info. Homeless Tori will tell you one kid had short bleached hair, a little pube-strand mustache and tinted shades.
Find the Thieves
The thieves are at the Yoshida Batting Center. Talk to the guy fitting the description above and select “About the Bag Being Yellow” when prompted.
Search for Akagawa-san’s Belongings
Examine the yellow wristwatch that the punk with blonde hair is wearing. Try tricking them into admitting they stole from the client. We chose the option that there were initials on the dial, which resulted in us having to fight the thugs.
Defeat the Thugs
Finish the battle to trigger a dialog scene. The thugs dropped the bag near a trash can in the Champion District.
Head to the Champion District
Follow the objective to the southwestern area of the Champion District to find the bag sitting on the ground next to some garbage bags.
Find the Homeless Man
Head to the northeast part of the Champion District to locate the homeless man wearing the jacket.
Get the Jacket Back
Head to Don Quijote and purchase the coat for 5,000 yen.
Give the Homeless Man Warm Clothes
Head back to the homeless man in the Champion District and talk with him to trigger a dialog scene. Case closed!
