Head to the northeastern side of Nakamichi Street and up a flight of stairs to reach Cafe Mijore, which is on the second level of the building. Speak to the guy wearing a suit sitting next to a plant named Kawada. At the end of the conversation, agree to head to the announcement.
Solve the Safe Code
At the announcement, you will need to figure out the code for the safe, which is 4134 (A’s = 1, B’s = 2, C’s = 0 and D’s = 1). Solving the code will trigger a cutscene. Case Closed!
