Meet the Client at Mijore
Head to Cafe Mijore on Nakamichi Street and talk to the man sitting at a table behind the plants to trigger a cutscene. At the end of the conversation, agree to head to the announcement.
Solve the Safe Code
At the announcement, you will need to figure out the code for the safe, which is 3412. To figure out the combination, multiply the two numbers together (111 x 2 for example) then the answer will be how many digits the resulting number has (so 111 x 2 = 222 so the number is 3 because 222 has 3 digits).
