This statue can be found down the highway east of Musical Nekomata.
Wind Jizo Statue
This statue can be found southeast of the Musical Nekomata near the Sengoku Center Building.
Wind Jizo Statue
This statue can be found north of Utagawa Shopping District Torii Gate just northwest of the Utagawa Tower landmark.
Water Jizo Statue
This statue can be found underneath the highway at the base of a support column.
KK’s Investigation Notes

This note can be found in a small conference room on the 3rd floor of the Sengoku Center Building.

This note can be found on a table just south of the Utagawa Shopping District Torii Gate.
