Below is a walkthrough for A Lost Dog side quest in Ghostwire: Tokyo. To obtain this quest, speak with the spirit east of Akitsu Shrine.
Search for the runaway dog
Travel to the search objective and interact with the spirit in the tunnel. Afterwards, enemies will spawn. Defeat them!
Purge the older brother’s specter
Return to the spirit in the tunnel and use the hand seal to purge the spirit. Afterwards, the quest will complete.
