Below is a walkthrough for A Full House side mission in Ghostwire: Tokyo. To obtain this quest, speak with the spirit east of the Luster-Loving Nekomata.
Check out the content creator’s apartment
Follow the objective to the spirit’s apartment on the second level of the building.
Find and purge the hidden specters
Once in the apartment, head through the first door on the right to find a candle lit bathroom. The first specter can be found on the shelf above the tub. Press square to find it then use your hand seal.
Next, move on down the hall to the bedroom. Press square to spot the specter on the bed then use your hand seal.
Head to the kitchen off the bedroom and examine the doll on the counter. Afterwards, examine the laptop on the coffee table and doll on the desk. Open the closet next to the couch, and press square when facing the closet to find another specter. Again, use the hand seal to purge it.
On the other side of the couch, press square when looking at the window to spot the last specter. Yet again, use the hand seal.
Speak to the content creator
With all the specter’s purged, head outside and speak with the spirit to complete the quest.
