Welcome to our guide for the Friends Someday subquest in Tales of Arise: Beyond the Dawn. In this guide, you’ll learn where to start the subquest, how to complete it and what rewards you’ll earn. This is also a character subquest for Rinwell. Happy Questing!
How to Start the Friends Someday Subquest
To start the Friends Someday subquest, you’ll first need to reach the For Whom main quest. Once you’ve done that, travel to Pelegion Level 1 in Ganath Haros and speak with the pair of girls near the center of the area.
Friends Someday Subquest Objectives
- Uncover the Girls’ Quarrel
- Search for the Angered Renan Girl
- Acquire 5x Blistering Fangs
- Deliver the Materials to the Girl in Pelegion
Uncover the Girls’ Quarrel
Talk to the two girls who are arguing about who can use astral artes. The Renan girl will leave angrily, and the other girl will ask Rinwell if she thinks that the other girl will ever be her friend. Rinwell will responds saying yes and offer to help.
Search for the Angered Renan Girl
Take the elevator to Pelegion Level 2 and talk to three kids in the area. One will be near the western elevator, another in the northern part of the area, and the third along the southcentral path. After speaking with the third child, an event will occur where Rinwell and Alphen will devise a plan.
Acquire 5x Blistering Fangs
To implement the plan, you must gather 5 Blistering Fangs. If you don’t have them yet, head to the Mausoleum of the Jungle: Helgal-Ryugola 67 Limestone Cavern: Shallow Layer and defeat the Berserker Boar enemies to obtain the material. Consider equipping an accessory with Rare Drop Up to increase your chances. Blistering Fangs are rare, so it may take some time to collect all 5.
Deliver the Materials to the Girl in Pelegion
Once you have gathered all the materials, go back to the girl at Pelegion Level 1. Talk to her again to start a final cutscene that will finish the quest.
