Discover the Overseer’s mission
Work your way through the vault and retrieve the items from each station. When you reach the station with the party hat, go into the room behind it to find the Overseer’s office. Once in the office, use the Overseer’s terminal then select play the Overseer’s Holotape.
Leave Vault 76
Leave the office and continue towards the objective, retrieving items from the stations as you go. When you reach the long yellow bridge/walkway, wait for the door to open then walk into the light.
