Below is a walkthrough for Glistening Glimmering Ore side quest in Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising. To obtain this quest, speak with Squash on Second Street after completing the Mysterious Machinery main quest.
Mine 5 Silver Ore in the Quarry
Silver Ore can be found behind the ice pillars in the Quarry. Make sure to have an Ice Rune equipped to someone so you can access them! You can also find a bunch in the Snowpeak without an Ice Rune! Once you have 5, deliver them to Squash on Second Street to complete the quest.
