Below is a walkthrough on the Wall of Valor: Lost Transmission side quest in Dying Light 2 Stay Human. Interact with the wall in the shrine at the PK Floating Fortress in The Wharf to obtain this quest after completing the Last Will side quest.
Go to Newfound Land Military Relay
Travel to the objective south of Garrison.
Find the dog tags inside the building
Head inside the building and use your senses to follow the trail to the northeastern side of the building. In Room C, you’ll find Atom. Inspect his corpse to receive his dog tag. Next, head to the basement (reachable via Room B) to find Brasco’s corpse in a room surround by lots of Infected. Inspect his corpse to receive the dog tag.
Return dog tags to Cyra
Travel back to Cyra and speak with her to complete the quest.
