Below is a walkthrough on The First Biomarker side quest in Dying Light 2 Stay Human. To obtain this quest, speak with McGregor at the Trading Post, which is on the western side of Trinity.
Find the First Biomarker
In order to reach St. Joseph’s Hospital, you’ll have to jump to the southern part by using the building adjacent to it from the south. There is a specific part of the building you’ll be able to climb up where there are missing green shutters.
Work your way inside and use the code of 973 to unlock the safe. Take the biomarker.
Bring back the First Biomarker
Return to McGregor at the Trading Post in Trinity and speak with him to complete the quest.
