Make your way over to the Plague Witch and speak with her.
Hunt the Scorching Banshee at night
Travel south of the Spruce Windmill in the Lower Dam Ayre to find the Scorching Banshee at the objective and defeat it.
Collect the ingredients
Loot the Scorching Banshee’s corpse.
Bring the ingredients to the Plague Witch
Return to the Plague Witch and speak with her to complete the quest.
