Below is a walkthrough on the Could You Repeat side quest in Dying Light 2 Stay Human. To obtain this quest, speak with Deaf Pete on the roof of a building on the southwestern corner of Saint Paul Island.
Free the survivor from the bandit camp
Travel to the southeastern part of Lower Dam Ayre to reach the Heron Renegados Bandit Camp. Clear out the enemies then claim the camp.
Speak to the freed survivor
Speak with Henrietta near where the flag was.
Return to Pete
Head back to Pete on the roof of a building on the southwestern corner of Saint Paul Island. A cutscene will trigger with Henrietta and we told her that Pete was the brains behind the operation. She asked Pete to escort her home and Pete was shocked that she felt safe with him and warned her that he was hard of hearing. She didn’t care and just said that she would speak louder then. Afterwards, the quest completed.
