Below is a walkthrough for Chapter 10: To the Promised Land in Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth: Complete Edition.
EDEN Free Area
When you regain control of the sleuth, use the access point in the agency to log in to EDEN then travel to the EDEN Free Area. Head to the gated section near the warehouse to find Nokia then speak to her. This will kick off a training session with the Rebels. You’ll have to face a vaccine-type MegaKabuterimon and a virus-type Datamon. Defeating them will trigger an event ending with you being moved to K-Cafe.
EDEN Community Area
Head to the EDEN Community Area in EDEN to find Arata there. Talking with him will cause a quick event to take place. You’ll then need to travel to the newly unlocked Valhalla Server.
Valhalla Server
After loading into the Valhalla Server, look to the left to find a Digimon medal on the ground. You’ll want to head to the next area collecting the three chests along the way.
In the next area, you’ll need to use the Copy and Past hacking skill to proceed further. Copy the blue data and place it on the two empty plates to open the way forward. Also, make sure to grab the chests in this area. They contain a Farm Expansion Plugin and a Farm Development Kit.
The third area of the Valhalla Server has another Copy and Paste puzzle blocking your way forward. You need to place green in the back left, blue in the back right, yellow in the front left and green in the front right to open the path forward. You’ll also want to make sure to grab the chests here as they contain a memory up and a Bank Expansion. Procced to the next area when you’re ready.

Under Zero
When you reach Under Zero, stop off at the access point to heal up if needed then proceed to the middle of the room. This will trigger an event leading to a massive brawl for EDEN!!! You’ll be facing Yuugo and his virus-type Machinedramon. After beating him, you’ll then have to face Fei as Nokia. Once both of Nokia’s Digimon HP drops down to 1 HP a quick event will trigger. When it ends, mop the floor with Fei to be awarded 1,000 CSP leading to another event. You’ll then have to defeat a pair of Eaters for one last cutscene to end the chapter.
