After completing the Body Art: Moist side quest, interact with the Infected Spines journal on the bulletin board to receive the Body Art: Uproar side quest in Dead Island 2. This time you’ll need to collect 5 Infected Spines. These can be obtained from Screamers! Make sure to kill them with a decapitation!
