After completing her previous side quests and making it to the Plumbing the Depths story quest, return to Francesca’s in Beverly Hills and interact with the Chthonic Ichor journal entry on the bulletin board to begin the Body Art: Moist side quest in Dead Island 2.
This time Francesca is looking for 5 Chthonic Ichor! These can be collected from Slobbers by slicing off their arms before killing them! There is a Slobber hotspot in the central part of the area, directly south of Francesca’s.
