Baldo The Guardian Owls – Maluna’s Villa

by Chappie in

In Baldo The Guardian Owls, Maluna’s Villa is a dungeon that you’ll need to go to during the Set Luna Free quest. Once you enter the villa, use your shovel to dig up the spot immediately on your left. This will reveal a pressure point.

On the right side of the room, you’ll see a tall green vase. Push it out of the way and retrieve the pot with books on it.

Carry the pot to the pressure point. The bookshelf in this room will move revealing a door! Before you head through it, go through the partially hidden door in the back right corner to the right of the painting leaned against the wall. Follow the narrow path and push the vase at the end against the wall. Return to the previous room and head through the space where the bookshelf was. Hit the lever to cause the staircase to move. Exit this room to return to the starting room in the villa. Head through the doors in the center of the room. Defeat the tentacle (or run past it) then head up the stairs and go through the door. Go down the 2 flights of stairs and enter through the door at the bottom. Have fun traversing the labyrinth! Eventually you’ll reach a door in the north. Head through it then go up the 2 flights of stairs and enter the door at the top.

On the far right side, head up the stairs and enter the door with a half moon half sun symbol above it. Once inside the room, take the pot on the right side and bring it to the pressure point on the left side to lower the gate. Next, grab the pot and carry it to the broken boards in the center of the room. You’ll need to place it at the end of the broken board so you can cross to the other side. Instead of just standing at the end of the board and dropping it down, you’ll need to walk off the end of the board (slightly towards the right side) to reach the little piece jutting out on the far right.

Next, you’ll need to place the pot on that little piece while standing on the left side so you can exit from the other board.

Once you’ve placed the pot, walk up the other board then walk onto the pot. To get to the other side, I had to roll when standing on the books because I was unable to just simple walk across. This task is extremely tedious but it’s possible to do and will save you a lot of extra work!

When you’re on the other side, exit through the door on the right then head right back into the room to reset the pot. Push the box towards the red couch then straight ahead towards the opening in the wooden edge to create a bridge.

Walk across and bring the pot to the pressure point on the other side to release the gate on the fireplace. Crouch through the opening to find a chest containing Maluna’s Key. You’ll receive Maluna’s Villa trophy!

If you did the tedious task of using the pot with a bookstack to create a bridge in the center of the room to gain access to the side with the fireplace, you won’t have to fight a ghostly boss that lights a chandelier. If you’d like to fight it anyway, head to the large room outside of the previous room. On the lower level of this room you’ll notice 2 pots along the back wall. The left is green and the right is red. Each have a nook next to them that is missing a pot. There are 2 loose pots in the room that need to be pushed into their respective place next to their correlating color. The green one on the left is simple to push back into place but the red one on the right is resting on boards that will collapse. The trick to push this one is to stand on the boards to the left of the pot (they will break when you stand on them) and push the pot all the way to the solid boards next to the couch. Then stand by the couch and push it straight ahead towards the chair.

Once both pots are in place, the bookshelf along the back wall will move revealing a door. Enter it to find a room with a flaming pot. Bring that pot to the 3 braziers in the room to light them. A boss will spawn.

Baldo The Guardian Owls – The Underground

by Chappie in

The Underground dungeon in Baldo The Guardian Owls can be found after going down a secret well leading to Rodia Town. Click here for the main quests guide and search for Rodia Town if you need help getting here!

After you climb down the well, head down a short flight of stairs to reach an area with a spiked tentacle. Run past it then head up the stairs and down them to reach the other side of the water. Push the box out of the way then take a left over the wooden bridge. Go up that flight of stairs and drop down past the chain to reach a door on the left.

Head inside and defeat the rats. Next move the wooden box over in front of the flaming pot. Climb up the stairs and grab the pot then jump onto the box.

Walk the pot to the fire to burn the cobwebs holding the chest. Open the chest to receive a Dungeon Key! Exit this room and head across the wooden bridge. Grab the pot and bring it to the boat. Once you step on the boat with the pot it will carry you shortly downstream, and you’ll be stopped by another gate. Drop the pot on the boat then step off to the dock on the left. Follow the walkway along the wall to bring you back to the door. The boat will also return to its previous dock. Head back across the wooden bridge and grab the other pot. Carry it northeast and walk across the bridge to come to a wall with gears and a lit torch.

Stand at the end of the ledge as close to the fire as you can get and throw the pot at the lever across the water. This will release the gate holding the boat next to the above room with the Dungeon Key.

Turn around and grab the pot from behind you. Carry it to the right and throw it at the lever. Quickly run back to the boat and hop in to be taken a bit further down stream. When you’re stopped by another gate, throw the pot at the lever to the right to continue. The boat will dock next to another boat. Exit the boat and follow the path to the right. Go past the door on the left and cross the wooden bridge. Head straight across, passing the large rock next to the stairs leading up. When you come down the stairs on the bridge, continue heading straight to reach the stairs leading up to another bridge. Go up them and head across this bridge. Pick up the pot in the northwest corner of this platform and throw it at the lever to the left to release the boat.

Head back across the bridge then go around the rubble to reach a wooden walkway over the water. Follow it to find a flaming pot.

Carry the pot across the wooden bridge to the north and head straight, crossing 2 wooden bridges. After you pass the second wooden bridge, take the wooden bridge to the left and follow the walkway along the wall to reach cobwebs blocking another boat. Walk into the cobwebs to burn them then step onto the boat to be carried away. When the boat docks again, exit the boat and follow the walkway around until you reach a dead end with a locked door.

Use the key to unlock the door then climb up the ladder to reach Rodia Town!

Baldo The Guardian Owls – Main Quests

by Chappie in

Below is a walkthrough on the main quests in Baldo The Guardian Owls! Please note that it’s also in the order that we did them in!

Meet Baldo’s Grandpa

From the starting point, follow the path west. Head inside the house with a donkey outside to trigger a cutscene and the Meet Baldo’s Grandpa trophy.

Talk to Mrs. Iaddina

Exit grandpa’s house and head northeast. Just before the starting area, take the stairs down and follow the path on the right. Walk across the small bridge then enter the house. Proceed through the house and exit out the back to reach Iaddina. Speaking with her will trigger the Talk to Chickwoman trophy! She will also give you a side quest to find her missing chickens!

The Abandoned Owl Tower

Head northwest from Iaddina to come to the store. Speak with the boy to the left of the store to learn that he spotted a chicken in the area. Afterwards, a brief scene will trigger showing the chicken heading into Owl Tower. Make your way there and head inside to trigger The Abandoned Owl Tower trophy. To get out of the tower, you’ll need to push the 2 stone owls onto the golden squares on the floor. Next, head to the decorated tile on the floor in front of one of the eyes and tell Yuna to wait. Head to the other decorated tile on the floor in front of the other eyes and stand there to trigger a cutscene. Once it’s done, head to the guardian symbol in the middle of the floor and play the Guardian’s Horn, revealing a ladder. Climb up it. Again, play the Guardian’s Horn on the guardian symbol when prompted by the owl to reveal a door.

Kidoge Village Chests

  • Scatia Mushroom
    • 2nd level of grandpa’s house
  • 10 Dindi

    • This chest is located in the fenced in area to the west of Abandoned Owl Tower. Push the box to the cliff containing the Abandoned Owl Tower then head to the raised land and jump onto the box then into the fenced area.
  • Spicy Bread
    • In the house next to the above chest

A Hidden Path

Head to the Abandoned Mine in the southwestern part of the area then go inside. Avoid the bats as they damage you and speak with your grandpa at the dead end. Next, stand on the guardian symbol and use your Guardian’s Horn. You’ll receive A Hidden Path trophy!

The Lost Galleon

Click here for a walkthrough on this dungeon! Once you complete this dungeon, you’ll receive The Lost Galleon trophy!

The Farmer and the Old Shovel

Speak with the man hoeing outside of grandpa’s house to obtain this quest. Next, travel southeast of him following the signs for Calo Cabbage Patch to find Zirra in her water fields. Look for the strip of tan along the bank to enter the water then speak with Zirra. She’ll need you to return to the farmer near grandpa’s house and ask him for the shovel. Do so and this will earn you The farmer and the old shovel trophy!

Rodia Town

Head northwest of Conci the shield vendor’s house to trigger a brief scene in which Luna will give you this quest. Look to the left of Conci’s house to find a box on the other side of the water tower. Push it to reveal a set of stairs leading down. Climb on down then unlock the spider gate. Head forward a short when then climb up the ladder. Follow the path west to reach Haneko Plain. There will be a lizard here that you must fight and defeat. This lizard can be quite difficult so be careful! Once it’s defeated, head south to find a guardian symbol on the ground next to a large owl statue. Use your Guardian Horn and play the Owl Song to cause it to light up. This will unlock a fast travel point for later!

Afterwards, make your way back north and go through the gates. Head straight ahead and use the bridge to cross the river. Continue straight along the path to reach a map transition right after which you’ll meet Moiro and he’ll give you a side quest! Keep pressing forward to trigger a brief scene in which Luna says that we must find another way. She’ll run away and fall down a hole. Unfortunately, you cannot just drop down the hole after her so head back to the bridge leading to Rodia Town. Take a left in front of the bridge and follow the path left (south) along the river. Drop down the grassy cliffs to reach a dark brown area with archways. Follow the archways southwest then head across the stone bridge to find Junpei. Defeat the plant that lunges to save the boy who will then tell you about a secret passage into Rodia Town! When fighting this enemy, it’s extremely helpful to have a shield to block its lunging attacks. Once you deflect the attacks, hit it with your sword. After you hear about the well, continue forward through the bamboo and head along the river to find the well. Climb down it to reach The Underground! Click here for a guide on The Underground dungeon! Once you reach the town, you’ll receive the Rodia Town trophy!

Find Ranotto the Minstrel

Exit the Abandoned Owl Tower to trigger a scene with Luna after which you’ll receive the quest. In Haneko Plain, travel to the northeastern side of the area to find a frog with a musical instrument wearing a top hat! Speak with him, and he’ll teach you the Song of the Wind. The quest will complete and you’ll earn the Ranotto the Minstrel trophy.

Set Luna Free

During the Rodia Town main quest, Luna will fall down a hole and you won’t be able to follow her. Instead, head to the bridge leading to Rodia and follow the path to the left of it. Keep heading left / south hugging the cliff until you come across a dark doorway next to a set of stairs leading up.

Cosetta will run off again, and you can find her in the Rodia Royal Cemetery, which is down the path to the left of the restaurant. Once in the cemetery, head up the stairs straight ahead and go past the tombstones and fountain. Grab a pot then head up the stairs and to the right side. Throw the pot over the balcony onto the pressure point to release the gate.

Make your way to this little fenced in area and push the tombstone aside to raise the gate blocking the door. Head through the door and kill the rats inside. (The chest in this room contains 10 Dindi and is accessible after completing Savoca Prison.) Press forward through the next door to reach the outside again. Speak with the man Cosetta is barking at to obtain some valuable info and the Cosetta the Lost Dog trophy.

Meet Luna in Rodia Town

Make your way to Odessa the herbalist’s shop, which is in the northeastern part of town. Head to the bottom of her store to find an exit leading to her garden. Dig up the left most plot to find a set of stairs leading down. Climb on down and follow the path to arrive in the Royal Gardens. Enter the water field at this tree and head south. Exit at the first available bank to reach a wooden fence with greenery in the middle of it as pictured below.

Use your sword to remove the greenery and proceed forward. Head into the water again using the only available bank. Once in the water, make your way north and go through the first narrow opening. Stick close to the narrow strip of grass jutting out into the water to find an opening in the grass that you can slip through. Do so then head south until you reach the main land. Exit the water then head north and push the box out of the way to open up the shortcut to Kidoge Village. Next, head all the way south until you reach the dead end. There will be greenery here that you can cut down with your sword to continue forward. Follow the path forward to reach Ridijo Canyon / Savoca Prison. Click here for a guide on how to receive the second Owl Village Key! Once you obtain the key, make your way to the northern part of Pansa Hills.

You’ll go past Ursula’s Mill and then will need to follow the signs for Camaro Woods. You’ll know you’re in the spot when you see a bunch of snow. Head up the mountain using the coat from the Kangmi Fur side quest, the coat bought outright from Jafar in Rodia Town or just a bunch of healing items. After you head up a snowy slope and eventually cross a tree branch, you’ll come to a tower missing half a symbol.

The key you have on you will automatically be placed in the missing spot. Next, head down the tree to the right (east) of you to find the second tower with half a key.

As you approach it, the other key will automatically go into the slot and Encore will talk to you. Head through the archway behind the second tower to trigger a cutscene where you’ll enter the Owl Village. He suggests that the blacksmith might be able to help us turn the rod she’ll give us into a lever to replace the missing one. Furthermore, he’ll say that we need something to resist the incredible heat during the day but at night we should be prepared for the extreme cold. Since it’s still night in the game, you’ll need to prepare for the cold. As such a Kangmi Coat is in order. Click here for a guide on how to get one from the Kangmi Fur side quest! Once you’re prepared for the cold, travel to the Bobo Temple fast travel point then exit this area via the western map transition. Baldo The Guardian Owls – The Lost Galleon

by Chappie in

The below is a walkthrough on The Lost Galleon dungeon in Baldo The Guardian Owls!

After you complete A Hidden Path quest, crouch through the newly opened dark passage then head forward until you see a stone block on the right. Push it straight off the cliff then use the stairs to head down there. Continue straight ahead then crouch through another dark opening in the side of the ship. Once inside the ship, push the wooden box out of the way to reveal a set of stairs. Climb down to find a room with a cannon. Push the box blocking the cannon out of the way then push the cannon straight ahead to block the gate from dropping down. Open the chest to receive the Dungeon Key.

Head back up the stairs then go into the room blocked by a tentacle. To remove the tentacle, throw the nearby pumpkin at it. Proceed through the door to find a chest on the right. In this room head through the door on the left (across from the chest) to wind up outside. Use the pots to defeat the 2 tentacles then head through the door to reenter the ship. Once inside use the pots to destroy the 2 tentacles then go back to the chest to loot 10 Dindi.

Return to the main room with the stairs leading down then go through the door to the left of the pumpkin. Push the boxes out of the way then use the key on the door to unlock it. Once inside, again push the boxes out of the way then push the box onto the golden square on the floor to open the door. Push the box blocking the door then head outside. Use the pot to defeat the tentacle then proceed inside to reach a room with 2 swinging boxes. Work your way around this room, defeating the tentacles to reach the chest. Unlock it to receive the Dungeon Key.

Head back outside then pick up the pot. Carry it to the end of the walkway then throw it at the bell. This will lower the lifeboat. Be careful in the next room as there are 2 skeletons and 2 rats. Defeat the enemies in this room to unlock the chest that contains a Dungeon Key.

Unlock the door in this room then proceed through it to continue on. Head through the 1st door (door on the southwestern side of the room). Follow the path to reach a lever on the post. Push the lever until the chest lowers completely to the ground below. You’ll see a brief scene when it reaches the ground. Push the box out of the way then enter through the door to reach the room with the stairs leading down. Head down those stairs and enter through the door straight ahead to find the chest inside guarded by tentacles. Use the skulls laying around the edges of the room to defeat the blue tentacles. Once all have been destroyed, the red ones will disappear allowing you to open the chest that contains a Dungeon Key.

Backtrack up the stairs and into the room where you used the lever to reach the room with a cannon and 3 rooms. Push the cannon out of the way then head through the door it was previously blocking. There will be rats with 4 pressure points on the ground in this room. You’re going to have to avoid the rats as you need to place the pots on the pressure pads. You’ll notice that there are only 2 pots so you must not destroy them. Place them on 2 pressure points, the rat will stand on the one near the painting and you must stand on the last one. Once all 4 pressure points have weight on them, the door in this room will unbar.

Head through it and go through the door on the south side of the room. Push the cannon out of the way then return to the previous room. Push the cannon to crush the tentacle poking through the window. Head through the door previously blocked by the tentacle. In this room there will be 3 tentacles. Quickly run past them and go up the stairs to reach a locked door. Use a key to open it. In this room first defeat the 3 tentacles. Next, start on the right side of the room and push the box following the marks on the floor until it falls down where the tentacle was next to the guardian symbol. Use your Guardian’s Horn on the guardian symbol to unlock the door. On the left side of the room push the box to reveal stairs leading down. Climb down the stairs then push the box towards the wall with the water pouring out. Head down the stairs and run through the cannon fire and swinging boxes (without getting hit!!) then go through the next door. Defeat the 2 tentacles in this room using the pots then push the lever on the post to raise the chest. Keep going until a small scene showing the chest reaching the top plays.

Now your going to backtrack quite a ways to reach this chest. In fact, you’re going to want to go all the way back to where you first started on the ship. Once in the room containing the pumpkin and stairs leading down, head through the door to the left of the pumpkin (and diagonally from the stairs leading down). Open the chest now accessible in this room to receive the Owl Sword!

With your sword in hand, you can now do some cleanup! Head through the door on the far side of the room and use the sword to defeat the 2 tentacles covering the chest. Open the chest to receive 10 Dindi. Proceed through the door to reach the outside of the ship then use the lifeboat to climb into the window of the room where the skeletons were. Head through the previously locked door then go through the door on the right side after defeating the tentacle to reach a grid-like room with a bunch of cells and tentacles. Work your way through this area, defeating tentacles as you go, to reach the wooden elevator. Push the cannon out of the way then stand on it while holding a pot. Throw a pot at the lever to descend.

Press forward a short way then push the cannon to unblock the way. Before you head through the door, jump into the water and push the stacks of wooden crates to enable one to end up on the right side to complete the walkway leading to the chest.

Once you’ve correctly lined the walkway up, you’ll hear a reassuring sound of triumph! Open the chest to receive the Triangle Owl Key!

Head into the next room with all the cannon fire and take a right to head north past one firing cannon. Head up the stairs then the ladder to reach a familiar room with the guardian symbol. Before you head up the stairs, go through the door across from the symbol and defeat the tentacles to reach a chest containing 10 Dindi!

Go back through the door then up the stairs to reach the top deck of the ship. Defeat the tentacle immediately on the right then push the box out of the way. Next, push the owl statue behind the blue bell onto the pressure point to open the stairs on the north side of the deck. Instead of going that way, first go down to the south side of the deck and push the 2 cannons out of the way so you have access to the golden bell. Head to the north side of the boat with the captain’s wheel and clear all the tentacles. Just before the red door underneath the captain’s wheel, there is a pair of boxes. Move them to reveal stairs!

Climb on down into the dark room. Be wary of the 2 rats and walk up the stairs and read the note in front of the piano. Exit the room to return to the deck. Hit the bells in the following order: red, yellow and blue. The red door under the captain’s wheel will now open. Proceed through it to find a locked gate. Open it and head up the stairs. Push the box next to the bed to reveal stairs. Climb down then interact with the triangle under the octopus on the wall on the left side of the area. Follow the path forward, going across the makeshift bridge, until you reach the stairs leading down. Head on down to reach a water-filled room where a boss fight takes place. Defeat it then loot the chest to receive the Pru Po Key! Next, crouch through the small dark hole to the left of the chest to exit the ship. Hit the lever with your sword then grab the pumpkin and carry it to the wooden platform. While standing on the platform, throw the pumpkin at the lever to ascend.

by Chappie in

Below are the side quests in Baldo The Guardian Owls!

A New Broom

Speak with Maria in Maneko’s house to learn that she needs a new broom. You can find this broom in a chest in the basement of Odessa’s Herbalist Shop. Head downstairs to Odessa’s living quarters then push aside the box to find the stairs leading down to the basement.

When you have the broom, hand it over to Maria to complete the side quest.

Speak with Zirra during the farmer and the old shovel quest to obtain this side quest. She’ll want you to replace the missing Calo Cabbages in the holes under water. After you obtain the shovel return to the water fields. Look along the raised fields by the water field to find 2 Calo Cabbages that can be dug up. One is to the right of Zirra and the other is to the left with a boy struggling to harvest it.

Use your shovel to dig up the Calo Cabbages then walk them to the holes in the water next to Zirra. Once you place both in each of the holes, the quest will complete! Make sure to speak with Zirra again to receive an additional heart for your life energy!

Crossbow of Light

Crossing the River

Speak with the cat standing on its hind legs at a broken bridge in Naneko Village who will want you to cross the river to see what’s on the other side. Head in a straight line northwest from the bridge to find a wooden box next to a small tree.

Push it in a line back to where the cat was to fix the bridge.

Afterwards, speak with the cat again to complete the quest and receive a Black potion, half bottle.

Frozen Door

Speak with the woman in front of her frozen house in the far north of Pansa Hills to learn that her door has been frozen shut. Swing around her fence to find ice cubes blocking the way. Use your fire on all the braziers in this area to melt the ice and complete the quest. (This was previously bugged for me, but was fixed with an update!)

Gaziri Swamp

Speak with Maria in Maneko’s house to receive this quest. To reach Maneko’s house, start at Solino Valley fast travel point near Ursula’s Mill. Head west up the stairs and follow the path through a map transition. Hug the right wall to travel to Maneko the Witch. Follow along the river and cross the bridge. Continue through the map transition. Again follow the river and go through the map transition. Continue along the riverside path and follow the signs to Maneko’s house.

Maria will need you to go to Gaziri Swamp to acquire ingredients, specifically a red frog foot or swamp lizard tails, for an invisibility potion. You can reach Gaziri Swamp by heading to the southeastern part of Sinaro Meadow. After you pass Moiro’s Carnival, you’ll reach Garudo Rocks. Take the eastern path to come to a cliffside with a staircase leading down. Head on down to spot a traveler in need. Help them with the lizard problem or continue northeast along the water to reach Gaziri Swamp. When you reach the swamp, the quest will complete but you’re not done! In the swamp you’ll see little lizards and frogs going about. They are enemies that do not attack you so they do not show up on the map. Kill them and loot a Red Frog Foot and Swamp Lizard Tail. After you receive these items, return to Maneko’s house and interact with the kettle near Maria to brew a Black potion, half bottle using the Red Frog Foot or a Black potion, full bottle using the Swamp Lizard Tail.

The Kangmi are large white yetis that wander Leone Heights where indicated above. Defeat the enemy then bring the fur to Jafar. Alternatively, if you wanted to skip this quest, you can just buy the Kangmi Coat outright from him!

Lights Out

Speak with the mouse wearing clothes next to a little house and unlit brazier. He’ll tell you that every night Topa makes sure all the braziers are extinguished so they don’t attract the Sand Snakes. You’re going to undo what Topa did and relight all the braziers! There are 10 braziers total. For the locations of each brazier, click here! When all are lit, a giant snake will emerge from a hole near the above mouse. Defeat it by striking its head to stun it then swing mercilessly at its head. Repeat this strategy until it finally dies to spawn a chest containing 50 Dindi.

Missing Chickens

You can obtain the Missing Chickens side quest by speaking with Iaddina at her farm as part of the story. She’ll task you with finding her missing chickens! Before setting out in search of the chickens, make sure to push out the wooden box to the west of Iaddina so you can easily access the barnyard. The chickens can be found at the below locations!

Owl Tower

Head northwest from Iaddina to come to the store. Speak with the boy to the left of the store near the sheep to learn that he spotted a chicken in the area. Afterwards, a brief scene will trigger showing the chicken heading into Owl Tower. Make your way there and head inside. To get out of the tower, you’ll need to push the 2 stone owls onto the golden squares on the floor. Next, head to the decorated tile on the floor in front of one of the eyes and tell Yuna to wait. Head to the other decorated tile on the floor in front of the other eye and stand there to trigger a cutscene. Once it’s done, head to the guardian symbol in the middle of the floor and play the Guardian’s Horn, revealing a ladder. Climb up it! Again, play the Guardian’s Horn on the guardian symbol when prompted by the owl to reveal a door. Exit the tower then head back to Iaddina’s house. The chicken can be found next to the bridge just across from where Iadinna is staying. Pick it up and put it in the chicken coup to the right of Iadinna in the barnyard.

Conci’s house

This chicken is in a bit of a pickle. It has nestled itself on top of Conci’s house! Conci is the shield vendor near the Abandoned Mine. To reach this chicken, you’ll first need to go to Conci’s house and push the box and the box stack against Conci’s house.

Next, you’ll want to go all the way up to grandpa’s house. Once in front of grandpa’s house, follow the fence on the left south to come to a tree. Slip between the tree and the cliff side and follow the tiny ledge around to reach the chicken.

Grab the chicken then carefully drop down from the roof onto the boxes alongside the house. Carry the chicken all the way back to the chicken coup. The other chicken will have most undoubtedly left the coup so retrieve it from outside the barnyard near the bridge across from Iadinna and place it back in the coup. With both chickens in place, the quest will complete. Speak with Iadinna to receive 10 Dindi.

Going from 1 being the column on the left with 1 being the top row, the order is as follows: 1st column, 1st row; 2nd column, 4th row; and 3rd column, 2nd row. If you’d like to head inside, you’ll need to battle the floating eyes to reach a chest containing the Crossbow of Light Rune. Be careful as these eyes do a lot of damage and explode when killed. If you follow the wall around the east side of the area you’ll find it. The other can be found in the far southwest corner of the area near the map transition to Docasta.

Once you locate a sheep, you must painstakingly herd it back to the pen near the man. They will annoyingly turn around anytime they bump into something and are extremely finicky when herding. Just take your time and you’ll make it! Once both are in the pen, the quest will complete and you’ll receive 50 Dindi.

Where’s my Brother?

To obtain the Where’s my brother side quest, speak with the man standing next to the fountain in the northern part of Kidoge. He’ll need you to find his missing brother. After you complete the Savoca Prison quest, head to Rodia Town and speak with the man near the fountain outside of the textile merchant.

Return to Kidoge Village and speak with the man next to the fountain here. He’ll give you the Lost Temple Crest, which is a key to the missing Owl Tower in the Lost Temple. Click here for a guide on the Lost Temple!
