Taro’s Tree
There are 2 Flower Shrine total in Taro’s Tree!
1. Use the Rot to destroy some of the corruption near the second Forest Tear, which is next to a waterfall.
Rusu Mountain
There are 3 Flower Shrine total in Rusu Mountain!
1. This Flower Shrine can be found under some corruption near where you find Taro’s first memory.
2. This Flower Shrine can be found on the east side of Rusu’s Lookout under some corruption. Facing the statue, head right and follow the trail. When you reach the end, shoot the blue part of the tree to create a Forest Tear. Use it on the Rot so they can destroy the corruption.

1. Mushroom – Discover the Hat Cart in the Village
2. Pot – Open the chest next to the Hat Cart
3. Clover – In a chest to the right of the Hat Cart near the stairs

There are 4 Hat total in Taro’s Tree!
1. Bow – This hat can be found in a house near the third Forest Tear which is just past the Forest Path warp point. You’ll need to destroy the corruption blocking the house to gain access to this area.
2. Fox – Discover the Hat Cart in Taro’s Tree
Rusu Mountain
There are 6 hats total in Rusu Mountain!
1. Bird’s Nest – This can be found in the Cursed Chest, which is at the end of the path of the ledge to the right of the broken bridge at the top of the mountain.
2. Squash – Head to the Rusu’s House warp shrine then go to the garden on the right. Use your arrow to shoot the target above the waterwheel then carry the water to the seed to create a Forest Tear. Use the Rot on the Forest Tear and move around the garden to cause all the seeds to grow. Press L1 near the squash to find the hat.
Forgotten Forest
There are 6 hats in the Forgotten Forest!
1. Taro – This hat can be found in a Cursed Chest that is located next to a cluster of trees east of the Sacred Tree. It is before the path leading to the Lantern Cave.
2. Deer – This hat is obtained by placing owl statues on the 3 pedestals next to the Sacred Tree. All 3 of the owl statues can be found near the Sacred Tree.

Village
There are 24 Rot total in the Village!
1. This Rot can be found on a wooden table that has purple mushrooms growing on it across from the Hat Cart. Press L1 to reveal it.
2. This Rot can be found under a rock near the Mask Shrine north of the Village
Taro’s Tree
There are 7 Rot total in Taro’s Tree!
1. This Rot can be found under a log beneath a pile of leaves. Use the Forest Tear on the Rot to clear the leave and move the log.
2. This Rot can be found under a tree near the third Forest Tear which is just past the Forest Path warp point. You’ll need to destroy the corruption blocking the tree to gain access to this area.
Rusu Mountain
There are 13 Rot total in Rusu Mountain!
1. This Rot can be found underneath a rock next to a lantern at the base of a waterfall. You’ll need to swim in the lake to reach it.
2. This Rot can be found underneath a rock near the forest shrine after clearing the corruption past the Gorge.
3. – 5. The boss at Rusu’s house will give you 3 Rots.
6. Head to the Rusu’s House warp shrine then go to the garden on the right. Use your arrow to shoot the target above the waterwheel then carry the water to the seed to create a Forest Tear. Spirit Mail
There are 3 Spirit Mail total in the Village!
1. This Spirit Mail can be found in a house just past the first barrier you removed with the mask. To enter the house, you’ll need to head to the left side and use the Rot to move a giant barrel to the white circle. Jump on the barrel to enter the house via the room. The Spirit Mail will be located in the golden bag on the table.
Cursed Chests
There are 6 Cursed Chests total in the Village!
1. This Cursed Chest can be found against a structure with a windchime. Interact with it then defeat the 7 enemies that spawn.
Below is a walkthrough for the Ester City Chapter 7 quest in Eastward.
Head to Ester City
Make your way south through the cemetery to trigger a dialog event.
Deliver the Letters
Exit the building to find yourself on Dock #5 then head west to reach Wisdom Street, Enter Ester Hotel and speak with Lena behind the counter to deliver the 1st letter. Exit the hotel then head south to find William and Daniel. Speak with Smith to the right of them to deliver the 2ndletter. When you regain control of John, follow the road west to Pleasure Bay. Make your way to Mama Jazz in the northeastern part of the area then speak with Agu there to deliver the last message.
Return to the Dock
Head back to Dock #5 and the Cap’n’s building to trigger a dialog event.

See What’s Going On
Head towards the crowd on the train car to trigger a dialog event.
Find Your Weapons
Work your way to the Storage Car avoiding the enemies along the way. You can also get a gear part and advanced gear part from chests along the way. When you reach the Storage Car a dialog event triggers ending with you getting your weapons back and acquiring the Cog Shooter.
Take Down Solomon
Head east down the train using your new Cog Shooter. When you reach the third to last floor in the Human Factory, there will be a chest with a Heart Orb there. In the second to last car, you’ll get locked in and have to defeat two giant miasma monsters. Enter the last train car will trigger a dialog event then move to the next area to reach Solomon’s Chateau. Save up and make any dishes you want. When you’re ready head east to find Solomon. For this fight, Solomon will be driving a train. It will drive by on one of three tracks. After a couple of passes, it will stop allowing you to damage it (while also shooting bombs at you). After dealing enough damage, Solomon will be ejected from the train allowing you to damage him before going back in. You’ll have to do this three times to beat him. After the first time, he will have monkeys on the train that drop banana bombs and attack you. After the second time, the track the train comes on will be covered in flames. When you defeat him, a dialog event triggers and you’ll receive Solomon’s Key (Strenght).
Find the Rocket
Exit the room and head left (west) to reach the theater. Speak with old Solomon wearing red and blue glasses then head for Solomon’s Chateau to the far right side of the train. When you find Daniel speak with him to trigger a dialog event. When prompted chose the answers below.
Below is a walkthrough for the Monkollywood Chapter 6 quest in Eastward.
Explore the Area
Exit the train to arrive in the Theater and speak to Monkey Mother. Head to the next car (Dressing Room 1) then enter the first room on the left. Speak with Producer Padrino to receive a Monkollywood Contract. Check out the other rooms on the train car, then speak with Spazio blocking the stairs towards the end of the train car to head up. After the dialog event, head to the left side of the train car to find a chest with 3 tokens. Approach the set to trigger a dialog event with Favoloso leading to a min-game. You’ll need to break as many bottles as you can by hitting the ball at them. When it’s over another dialog event triggers.
Act in the Movie
Head down to the 1st floor of the Dressing Room then go to the Storage car to the east. Keep heading east until you trigger another cutscene ending with you getting a Prop Gun. You’ll then be tasked with filming a couple of movie scenes where John blasts things with his new gun.
Find the Rocket
Follow the train east to reach the next train car then speak with Spazio.
Get Some Rest
Head back to Dressing Room 1 and enter the first room on the far left then speak with Producer Padrino. Choose to take a rest to end the quest.
