Head to Uptown to trigger a brief cutscene then defeat the 3 groups of Noises there. With that task complete, a cutscene will trigger. Next, make your way to the Migmie shop in the Residential Area and speak to Livann when you’re able.

Find Mander at the Taurus Temple

Head to the Broken Bridge in the Grand Canyon and head west through eight areas to reach the Taurus Temple. Head into the temple to find a red glowing orb near the entrance. Interact with it to trigger a cutscene followed by a fight. Defeat the enemies then continue into the next area to find another red glowing orb. Interact with it to trigger a cutscene. Again, you’ll have to defeat the enemies that spawn.

 

Talk to Ashle at the Harmonia Guild

Speak with Ashle in the Guild at the Marketplace.

 

Return to Orphern in Uptown

Make you way over to Orphern in Uptown and speak with him to complete the quest.
