Below is a guide on the Relic Ruins: The Daunt in Horizon Forbidden West. This Relic Ruins is Level 5.
Explore the Ruins
On the left side of the ruins, you’ll find a relic in a locked room on the second level. To reach it, you’ll need to move a nearby stone block to the right side of the ruined building. This will allow you to reach the upper level near the locked door by the relic. From here, head out to the balcony and take a left jumping over a gap. Keep following the path forward until you drop down into the building. Scan the datapad resting on a ruined couch.
On the top left on the room, pull down the crate using the Pullcaster. On the other side of the room, pull open the grate to a vent shaft along with a support beam. Use the crate to jump onto the support beam then head inside the vent. This will bring you to a new section of the ruins. Drop through the hole in the floor and follow the path through the basement. When you get to the end of the basement, use the Pullcaster to pull down a section of the roof. Afterwards, head back up through the hole then look for a wall with a Pullcaster point on it. Pull down the wall to get access to the previous room. Jump across the hole in the floor then grab the cube and push it into the hole in the floor. You’ll then want to move the cube through the basement until you reach the brick wall. This will allow you to climb up to the roof. From there, jump onto a wooden balcony where you can find a key module. Return to the locked door. You’ll need the code of 1705 from Your Red Permit Code to claim your prize! To find the code in the message, just scroll all the way down!

Below is a walkthrough on the Level 7 The Bristlebacks side quest in Horizon Forbidden West. To obtain this quest, speak with Javad the Willing at Chainscrape.
Talk to the Carja Magistrate
Travel to the tavern and speak with the Carja Magistrate who is sitting at a table.
Search West of the Quarry for Bristlebacks
Head southwest of Chainscrape. When you reach the campfire, head west to find some dead Bristlebacks next to a waterfall
Examine the Bristleback Carcass
Inspect the carcass of the machine.
Follow the Trail to the Back of the Valley
Continue along the path, passing more carcasses, until you reach the Split Crag mine.
Enter the Mine
Head into the Split Crag.
Investigate the Mine
Follow the path deeper into the mine until you reach an open cavern.
Kill the machines
Defeat the machines.
Investigate the Smoking Tunnel
Head up the walkway up the destroyed track then enter a tunnel. Turn to the left and drop down to the barrels below to find a note. Examine it.
Return to Javad the Willing
Head back to Chainscrape and speak with Javad the Willing in the tavern.
*After completing the above objective, the quest will be put on hold until The Embassy main quest has been completed.*
Kill the Rebels and their Machines
Clear the rebel camp north of the Salvage Contractor.
Investigate the Cave
Head into the back of the camp and lower the drawbridge. Afterwards, head to the right of the drawbridge wheel and follow the path to the end. There will be a wall you can climb across to reach the other side. Lower the drawbridge here then head deeper into the cave to trigger a cutscene. Before leaving, search the cave for a Greenshard Sliver and valuable cache.
Return to Javad the Willing
Head back to Chainscrape and speak with Javad the Willing in the tavern to complete the quest.

Below is a walkthrough on the Level 5 A Dash of Courage errand quest in Horizon Forbidden West. To obtain this quest, speak with Milduf at the tavern in Chainscrape.
Gather 5 Wild Meat
Wild Meat can be obtained from hunting boars east of the city. Loot 5 of them.
Gather 3 Bitter Leaf
Bitter Leaf grows on rocky terrain. We found some southeast of the city along the mountain path. Harvest 5 of them.
Go to the Scrounger Site
Travel northeast from the city following the objective.
Gather a Corrugated Metal Panel
Defeat the machines in the area then loot the metal pile with the purple icon coming out of it.
Deliver the Supplies to Milduf
Make your way back to Milduf at the tavern in Chainscrape and speak with him to complete the quest.

Below are the errand quests that can be found in Horizon Forbidden West.

Below is a walkthrough on the Level 5 Deep Trouble side quest in Horizon Forbidden West. To obtain this side quest, speak with Korvend at the Crimson Narrows.
Find the Missing Miners
Head into the mine at the Crimson Narrows. Crouch under a small opening to the left then dive down into the flooded mine. Once you reach the other side, head right to find an underwater path that will lead you to the miners.
Talk to the Miners
Speak with the miners to learn about the situation.
Find the Blockage
To drain the mine, you must first find the blockage. Jump into the water northwest of the miners and dive underwater. Follow the path. Boost through the water to get to the current to find a ladder that you can climb up on the other side.
Go to the Mine Cart
Head to the northwestern side of the room to climb onto a wooden platform. From there, jump up to a ladder and follow the path. When you reach the room with the Burrowers, dive underwater to swim under them. Continue following the path underwater until you find a rock wall you can scale. Do so then defeat the Burrowers. Follow the mine cart tracks to a climbable wall. Climb up it then crouch through the small pathway. When you emerge into the open room, scan the crane jutting out over the water. Next, pull the crane towards you then jump onto it to reach the upper track with the mine cart.
Detonate the Explosives
Interact with the mine cart to detonate the explosives.
Return to the Miners
After the mine clears, machines will spawn. Defeat them then return to the miners. Along the way, you’ll have to pull out some crates blocking the way. When you reach the miners, speak with them.
Return to Korvend
Continue backtracking towards the entrance of the mine then speak with Korvend to complete the quest.
