Below is a walkthrough of Act of Warth: Retribution From Beyond in Monark.

 

West Street

Exit the Library and head north to find the 1st Year Bldg. Approach it for a quick dialog event then head inside.

 

1st Year Bldg – 1F

Once you head inside, another dialog event triggers. Head down the northern hallway for another dialog event. Make your way to the northeastern part of the floor to find the stairs to the second floor. Make sure to speak with the people and grab the collectibles listed below. Afterwards, take the stairs up to the next floor.

  • Cromwell: The Mist – in the Faculty Room on one of the desks

1st Year Bldg – 2F (Mist)

A dialog event triggers as soon as you reach the 2nd floor. Approach Vanitas to receive the Precipice of Wrath I phone number then call it to start a battle. Defeat the enemies to put an end to the Death Calls on this floor. You also might want to level Kokoro up if you haven’t yet as she starts at level 1. Now follow the hallway south all the way around to the other side of the floor to find the AV club. Head inside and speak with all three of the students in there then interact with the safe in the back. Use code 0626 to open it and receive the SMK3 Group Picture. Head back towards the beginning of the floor to classroom 1- C. Speak with Minor through the door choosing the option to Pass the group photo through the gap. Enter the classroom and approach the middle desk in the front row to find the cell phones. Accept the call to trigger a cutscene leading to a battle. Defeat the enemies to trigger a dialog event.

TSC Room

Speak with Chiyo, Kokoro and Ryotaro (if you helped him already) then talk to Vanitas. This will trigger a medieval story where you’ll have to choose how it goes based on 11 questions. You can find the answers here. When you’re done exit the room.

 

Main Bldg – 1F

Stop by the Infirmary for a dialog event then heal up if needed. Aftewards, head to the eastern hallway and speak with Tensei to take another one of his Psychology Tests.

 

2nd Year Bldg – 1F

Travel to the 2nd Year Bldg and speak with Nobutaka to take one of his Psychology Tests.

 

1st Year Bldg – 1F

Make your way to the 1st Year Bldg to trigger a dialog event. When it ends, head to the northeastern stairwell and speak with Miho to take one of her Psychology Tests then take the stairs up to the second floor.

 

1st Year Bldg – 2F

As soon as you reach the floor, another dialog event triggers. Follow south along the hallway to trigger another dialog scene in front of the stairs leading to the third floor. After you’re done, make your way to the third floor.

 

Collectibles

  • Memo: Farrier’s Ground N – in the safe in 1-C. The code is 0623, which can be found on the large screen in the AV club.

 

1st Year Bldg – 3F (Mist)

A dialog event triggers as soon as you reach the 3rd floor. Approach Vanitas to get the number for Precipice of Wrath II then give it a ring. This will lead to a battle with a group of enemies. Defeat them to prevent the Death Call from occurring on this floor. Follow the hallway heading east near Vanitas until you reach classroom 1-F. A teacher inside will call out for help saying he was locked in the classroom. Enter classroom 1-E and use code 3259 to open the safe. You’ll receive Class 1-F Key. Return to Classroom 1-F and unlock the door then head inside. Approach the stack of phones on the teacher’s desk to accept the call leading to a fight. Defeat the enemies to trigger a dialog event.

Main Bldg – 1F

2nd Year Bldg – 1F

Travel to the 2nd Year Bldg and speak with Nobutaka to take one of his Psychology Tests.

 

1st Year Bldg – 1F

Make your way to the northeastern stairwell and speak with Miho to take one of her Psychology Tests. Head up to the 2nd floor.

 

1st Year Bldg – 2F

Upon reaching this floor, a dialog event occurs. When it concludes, keep heading towards the 3rd floor to trigger another dialog event. When it finishes, make your way up to the 3rd floor.

 

1st Year Bldg – 3F

On the 3rd floor, yet another dialog event occurs (about to pull out some popcorn). When it finally ends, head up to the roof.

 

1st Year Bldg – RF (Mist)

Once on the roof, approach Vanitas to receive the number for the Precipice of Wrath III. Call it and defeat the enemies to stop the Death Calls. Speak to Takashi Yatabe who will ask you for the password. Enter “password” to be allowed through. Make sure you grab the collectibles and items below then approach the phones and accept the call to trigger a dialog event leading to a boss fight. Defeat Subaru and his Monark to trigger another dialog event leading to the end of the act.

Vanitas will ask you these questions after clearing the mist from 1st Year Bldg – 2F. Not all of the answers reward Ego stats and it is possible to fail the test.

  • Q1: The princess is perfect–attractive and kind. In secret, for her heart you’ve always pined. What would you do? What would you say? Would you try proposing to her right away?

Monark – Interlude II Walkthrough

Below is a walkthrough of Interlude II in Monark. We just helped Ryotaro defeat the Packbearer of Envy at the 2nd Year Bldg.

 

TSC Room

Speak with Chiyo and Ryotaro then exit the room.

 

Main Bldg – 1F

Head to the Infirmary for a dialog event with Kakeru (choices don’t seem to matter) then make sure to heal up. Also speak with Tensei near the end of the eastern hallway to take another one of his Psychology Tests.

 

2nd Year Bldg -1F

Fast travel to the 2nd Year Building – 1F to find Nobutaka near the stairwell. Speak with him to take one of his Psychology Tests.

 

2nd Year Bldg -2F

Head up to the second floor and make your way to classroom 2-C. Speak with Isamu there to unlock his profile entry (if you haven’t spoken to him yet).

 

Leveling/Grinding

Now would be a good time to grind for some SPIRIT to level up your characters. Listed below are some places you can go to. You’ll need to return to the TSC Room where Vanitas is to be able to use the phone.

For guidance on how to unlock the Nectar of Life recipe, click here! When synthesizing, make sure to focus on quality materials to craft a Nectar of Life with a quality over 125. It also helps if you get the Super Success Rate’s % (on bottom of screen under the grid when synthesizing) as high as you can by filling in as many of the squares as you can! Once you’ve synthesized the item, deliver it to Kati to complete the quest.

Monark – Act of Envy: Cause and Infect Walkthrough

Below is a walkthrough on the Act of Pride: Blind Fool’s Savior in Monark.

 

West Street

Travel to West Street (you’re probably already there already if you just agreed to help Ryotaro) and enter 2nd Year Building – 1F (Mist).

 

2nd Year Building – 1F (Mist)

Follow the floor east down the floor and enter the first door on the right to enter the Faculty Room. Head to the desk in the back to find a Cromwell: Distortions book on it. Exit the Faculty Room and take a right to reach a stairwell. Take it up to the second floor to trigger a dialog event.

 

2nd Year Building – 2F

You’ll find Nobutaka near the stairwell when you reach the 2nd floor. Speak with him to grab his profile entry and to take a Psychology Test. Click here to find the answers to his psychology test! Afterwards, take the door next to him to enter the First-Aid Room.

 

First-Aid Room

In this room, you can speak with Risa and Hikari to receive their profile entries. There is also a Heath News: Jan Academy Material on the bulletin board. Exit the room when you are done looking around.

 

2nd Year Building – 2F

Head west down the hallway speaking with Nana, Shoma, Masami and Taishi along the way for their profile entries. As you reach the other side, a cutscene triggers. Afterwards, you can speak with Shiori, Tomomi, Masato, Junichiro, Goshi, Mayumi, Naomi, Sadakazu, Midori and Yui to receive their profile entries. Also on this floor, you can check out the Biology Lab, classroom 2-C and classroom 2-D.

 

Biology Lab

Speak with Shunichi, Kenyu and Kosuke to snag their profile entries. You can also find the Memo: Ectopic Ground N book on a shelf near the front of the room and an Alter Ego that requires 200 Sloth to open.

 

Classroom 2-C

Speak with Hiroki here to get his profile entry. You can also find Health News: Jun on the bulletin board at the back of the room.

 

Classroom 2-D

Talk to Koichi, Haile and Asuka to receive their profile entries. There is also the Secret Scoop: Fiendish Feline on the bulletin board at the back of the room.

 

2nd Year Bldg – 1F (Mist)

When you’re finished exploring the 2nd floor, take the stairs on the western side of the floor back down to the lower level. This will trigger a dialog event. You’ll also see Vanitas nearby if you want to create items or dismantle any gear. It would also be a good idea to call the Precipice of Envy I on your phone to stop the evil calls. Another thing to note is that if you haven’t checked out Ryotaro yet, he is level 1 so you’ll need to level him up a bit. Once you’re done, head north down the hallway to find 10 SPIRIT on a long sink. Follow the hallway east to find a student who will then go into the Science Lab. Follow behind him to find a container with 15 SPIRIT on the teacher’s desk. There is also a Somone’s Memo 3 on the cabinet by the door. Now return to Vanitas heading south past him and enter classroom 2-A. There you’ll find a Cromwell: Misc. Notes IV book on the teacher’s desk. Exit the classroom near the teacher’s desk to find Somone’s Memo 1 on a cabinet under a window in the hallway then Enter Classroom 2-B to find a Rosemary note. There is also Someone’s Memo 2 on a desk, an Alter Ego that requires 200 greed to open and 15 SPIRIT on a desk. Exit the classroom and continue heading south down the hall to find Akira. Tell her to stop lying then keep pressuring her until she leaves. Head to the end of the hallway to find some cellphones on a desk. Use your phone to call trigger a dialog event leading to a battle against enemies ranging from levels 6 to 10. Defeat them to trigger a dialog event.

 

TSC Room

Speak with Chiyo and Ryotaro first. Talking to Vanitas will start an 8 question quiz that have the potential to give some decent boosts to your Ego stats. Click here for a guide on which answer to choose for that. When you are done, exit the room.

 

Main Bldg – 1F

Stop by the infirmary for a cutscene and to heal up then swing by Tensei to take one of his Psychology Tests.

 

2nd Year Bldg. – 1F

Travel to the 2nd Year Bldg. for a dialog event. Afterwards, speak with Nobutaka Iyama to do one of his psychology tests. The answers to these tests can be found here! In the faculty room, you can find an Alter Ego which requires 300 wrath to collect it.

 

2nd Year Bldg. – 2F

Make your way to the second floor then head into the first aid room. This will trigger another dialog event. Afterwards, head down to the first floor and exit the building. Another dialog event will trigger upon exiting the building. When the event concludes, head back inside and make your way up to the second floor to trigger another dialog event. Walk down the hall for yet another event. Afterwards, head up to the third floor.

 

2nd Year Bldg. – 3F (Mist)

As soon as you reach 3F, a dialog event occurs. When it concludes, head north a short ways to find Vanitas. He’ll give you the phone number for Precipice of Envy II. Call the number to trigger a battle. Defeat the enemies to stop the Death Calls. Head south down the hallway where you’ll find classroom 2-E. You can find the below items inside this room. Head north down the hall past Vanitas to reach the Computer Lab #2.

 

Classroom 2-E 

A Detox Agent can be found on a desk in this room. You can also find a Memo: Fertile Ground II on the bookshelf behind the teacher’s desk.

 

Computer Lab #2

You can find a Logging In on a computer desk. There is also a Female Student’s Memo on another computer desk. In the back of the room, you can find the Occult Club Bulletin on the bulletin board. As you try to leave through the door, Taishi will lock it preventing you from leaving. There is a computer you can sign into if you have a id and password. The login is 020211018 (Taishi’s student id) and the password is Abrahadabra (what he says as you try to leave the room). Use the code to sign into Taishi’s account and receive Taishi’s Secrets. Try to exit the room now and choose “I saw your hidden folder data” then pick one of the options and keep going from there. You’ll obtain a key to Class 2-F and also be able to exit the room.

 

2nd Year Bldg. – 3F (Mist)

Head east down the hallway to collect 15 SPIRIT on a shelf under a window. Then turn around and make for classroom 2-F using your key to unlock the door and head inside.

 

Classroom 2-F

Grab the Secret Scoop: Model Educator from a desk at the back of the room then head to the front of the room. On a desk in the 1st row, you’ll find a tower of cell phones. Accept the call to trigger a dialog event leading to a fight. Defeat the enemies to trigger a dialog event ending with you returning to the TSC Room.

 

TSC Room

Speak with Chiyo and Ryotaro then leave the room.

 

Main Bldg – 1F

2nd Year Bldg – 2F

Travel back to the 2nd Year Bldg on West Street to trigger a dialog event. When it concludes, head inside and make your way back to the second floor. Follow the hall west to trigger another dialog event. When it ends, keep heading west down the hallway to trigger yet another dialog event then go up to the 3rdfloor.

 

2nd Year Bldg – 3F

Once you reach the third floor, look to the immediate right to find a locker with Cromwell: Envy on top of it. Next head south down the hallway to find 25 SPIRIT on a cabinet under a window on the right side. Now head north down the hallway and enter Computer Lab #2. Interact with the computer in the third row using 020211005 as the id and KyrieEleison as the password. This will give you the contact info for Unholy Ground N in your address book. Exit the room and keep heading east down the hallway to reach the stairwell. Take it up to the roof.

 

2nd Year Bldg- RF (Mist)

Approach Vanitas to get the Precipice of Envy III number then call it to trigger a battle. Defeat the enemies to prevent any Death Calls from occurring. Continue working your way along the roof collecting all of the items. Once you’re ready, look for the set of desks between Schubert and Tchailobsky’s portraits. Head for the far middle desk to find some cellphones in it. Call them to trigger a cutscene leading to a boss fight with Hayate and his Monark. Defeat them to trigger a dialog event leading to the completion of the chapter.
