Below is a walkthrough for The Search for Ancient Texts side quest in Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising. To obtain this quest, speak with Ilda in The Rune Quarter after completing A Hot Spring Delicacy main quest.
Find 1 Stone Slab in the Runebarrows
Fast travel to the Grand Hall signpost then head left into the next area. Once in this area, head up and take the upper left map transition. Defeat the creature here then loot the item it drops. Once you’ve obtained the stone slab, return to Ilda in The Rune Quarter and speak with her to complete the quest.
