Defeat the Lode Golem
Travel to the Quarry then head inside the mine to trigger a dialog event. Afterwards, make your way all the way back to where you found Mellore. Head past where you found her to reach the Cavern signpost. Keep pressing forward. Eventually, you’ll run across the Golem’s Keep signpost. When you head right a short ways, you’ll encounter the Level 10 Lode Golem. Defeat it in battle to trigger a cutscene. Afterwards, the quest will complete!

Head to the Quarry and gather 10 Iron Ore by hitting the black ore rocks scattered throughout the mine. When you have 10, return to Ranbir in the Town Outskirts to hand them over and complete the quest.

Return to your base in the Residential District
Head to your base in the Residential District to trigger a dialog event.
Find Mellore in the Quarry
Travel to the Quarry and approach the ! to trigger a dialog event. Afterwards, head on into the mine and make your way to the bottom right of this area. Use Garoo to break the rock then proceed forward to the next area. Make your way to the bottom right of this area then pull the lever to open the door. Proceed forward to the next area. Make your way up to the top right in this area to find the lever to open the doors in the bottom right corner. Note that there is a chest if you go through the map transition in the top left of this room. When you’re ready to proceed, head through the doors to the ! to trigger a dialog event.
Report to Gocteau on Outlander Lane
Speak with Gocteau on Outlander Lane to complete the quest.

Once in the Great Forest, fast travel to Forest Cave the head directly right to the next area. Open the chest along the path just after the first enemy you come across. It’ll be before the enemy that shoots out orbs. Once you’ve acquired the treasure, return to Hogan on Second Street to complete the quest. The Trading Post will also open!
