Use the Menhir to travel to Barrows’ Arch in the Runebarrows. When you arrive there, a dialog event will trigger. When it concludes, move to the Farmside Menhir. Make your way to Outlander Lane and speak with Gocteau. When the dialog event finishes, the quest will complete.
