Interact with the lever at the top of the lighthouse then follow the light southeast across the lake to a cave. There will be a small beach you can dock at with grips you can scale the cliff with. Once you reach the top of the cliff, head forward towards the markings on a rock and interact with it to open the cave. Head inside the cave then defeat the Surf Huggel. Afterwards, interact with the markings on the cave walls starting on the left and going clockwise. Next, pull out the sword on the island in the center of the cave.
