The Riminata puzzle for the Rune of Power in Baldo The Guardian Owls can be found in Haneko Plain. Exit Rodia Town via the bridge and head west to find a path leading town. At the bottom, follow the path east, crossing under the Rodia Town bridge, to reach a map transition. Riminata can be found at the bottom of the well immediately to your left.
