In Baldo The Guardian Owls, you’ll receive a side quest called The Runes of Power for which you’ll need to collect Runes of Power to trade in for hearts (your health). One of these runes can be found at Napicca in Pansa Hills.
Move the owl statues as shown below to solve the puzzle and receive the Rune of Power from the chest that drops!
