In Baldo The Guardian Owls, you’ll receive a side quest called Hammer of Power for which you’ll need to collect 4 missing Hammer of Power Runes. One of these runes can be found at Iuculera in Leone Heights.
To solve the puzzle, just switch the brown owl statues with the blue owl statues! Once the statues have been placed correctly, the chest will appear in the middle and it will contain a Hammer of Power Rune!
