Obtained: Speak with Senna in Uptown
Rewards: Alpherg, Silver Robe, Life Core x2, 5000 Lums
Talk to Sanura in Peyska Spring
Take the train to Peyska Spring then speak with Sanura.
Talk to Ralin in Peyska Spring
Head into the next area and speak with Ralin.
Look for the sick person in Arsion
In Arsion speak with Kelvan near the Weapon Shop.
Look for the sick person in Windam
Head to Windam and speak with Lesedi behind the counter in the Item Shop.
Look for Herenui at the Aries Temple
Herenui can be found at the location shown above. From the Room of Courage fast travel point, head slightly left and jump up the platforms. She is standing to the left of the western door when you reach the top of the small platforms.
Go back to talk to Ralin in Peyska Spring
Make your way back to Peyska Spring and speak with Ralin.
Find patient zero in the Swamps
Fast travel to the Path to the Cancer Temple and head west into the next area. In this second area, head west until you reach the third area. In the third area (door to Scorpio Temple will be shown on the map in this area), head west until you spot a glowing orb on the ground under a set of vertical platforms. Interact with it to trigger a cutscene.
Find Ralin in front of the Pisces Temple
Fast travel to the Path to the Pisces Temple to find Ralin and speak with him.
Defeat 10 Mitis
Mitis can be found in the Pisces Temple. Defeat 10 of them to continue with the quest!
Go back to talk to Sanura in Peyska Spring
Return to Peyska Spring and speak with Sanura to complete the quest.
