Obtained: Speak with Ophern after making one of Ulan’s jobs a Harnesser
Rewards: Acrab x1, Omni Ether X x1, Elixir x2, 5000 Lums
Find Nui in Harmonia
Head to the right to find Nui in the Marketplace. Speak with her.
Defeat 5 Noises
Nui will task you with defeating 5 Noises. Any Noises will do!
Go back to talk to Nui at the Marketplace
Return to Nui and speak with her.
Obtain some Medicinal Truffles from Korya at the Marketplace
Korya can be found on the right side of the Marketplace.
Find some Medicinal Truffles at the Pisces Temple
From The Swamps entrance, head through the eastern door then the western door. Next go to the northeast part of the area just past the door to find a shiny object on the ground.
Go back to talk to Nui at the Marketplace
Return to the Marketplace and speak with Nui.
Obtain 5 pieces of meat
You’ll have obtained plenty of meat by now from fighting enemies!
Obtain 2 Fire Crystals

Bring the ingredients to Nui at the Marketplace
Return to the Marketplace and speak with Nui.
Go back to talk to Ophern in Uptown
Head left to speak with Ophern in Uptown to complete the quest.
