Below is a walkthrough for the First Day of Prison standard quest in Xenoblade Chronicles 3. You’ll automatically obtain this quest as part of the story during Chapter 5.
In the Perimeter Woodland, pick up 20 Carnomile, 20 Gold Burdock, 20 Peachy Truffle and 20 Honey Plums. You can speak to the people marked by a ? on the map as they’ll give you 10 of the above items. After you’ve gathered the necessary materials, speak with the guard to complete the quest.
