Below is a walkthrough for the Why So Busy? standard quest in Xenoblade Chronicles 3. To obtain this quest, listen in on the conversation at the Ascension Grounds then discuss the Peak Busyness topic.
After accepting this quest, speak with the Seeker. Afterwards, head on over to Cadensia Region, specifically Agnus Castle Barbican. Once there speak with Darnie near the Funicular Approach landmark. She’ll need 10 Ether Cylinders. Hand them over then speak with Grover near the Mulus Depot landmark. Next, travel east and approach the objective to trigger a cutscene followed by a fight with the Level 60 Old Regime Loyalists. Once you defeat them, travel to the next objective to the west and speak wit Kaye. After the brief scene, head further west to reach the next objectives along the way, retrieving the goods as you go! After you pick up the last goods, a cutscene will trigger followed by a fight against the Level 60 thieves. Defeat them then open the supply drop. Now that you’ve retrieve all the goods return to Kaye. When you’re through speaking with them, travel to the next objective southeast of the Funicular Approach landmark and speak with Dana. She’ll need 10 Ether Cylinders. Hand them over then return to the Seeker at the Ascension Grounds. After you speak with him, the quest will complete!
