Below is a walkthrough for the Unsolved Riddle standard quest in Xenoblade Chronicles 3. To obtain this quest, approach the ? in Ribelly Plaza. To reach this area, head to the northwestern corner of the city and take the ladder there up. Once at the top, follow the path, hugging the map’s edge. After the cutscene, make sure to open the red gate to unlock the shortcut as this will make getting back to this area easier!
For this quest, you’ll have to collect clues. To reach the first, take the ladder on the western side of the Michiba Canteen up to reach its roof then collect the Light Source. Next, travel to the southwestern corner of the City where you original got the quest. When the cutscene is through, traverse west towards the next objective. Enter the door of the building to trigger a cutscene, revealing the next clue. Make your way north towards the next objective in Centrilo Parade next to the City Traderpon. Purchase the Torpedo Wrap for 100 Gold to kick off another cutscene. For the next objective, head to the roof of the Michiba Canteen. As you approach the door, a cutscene will trigger and the quest will complete.
