Below is a walkthrough for The True Culprit? standard quest in Xenoblade Chronicles 3. To obtain this quest, listen in on the conversations around Colony 30 then head to the canteen to discuss The Real Perpetrator topic.
Head to the objective on the northwest side of the colony and speak with Pulipuli. Examine the Nopon’s tracks then follow them to the tunnel underneath the colony on the southwestern side. Climb up the purple vines at the end of the path then speak with Pulipuli at the top. Afterwards, return to Colony 30 and speak with Yuzet to complete the quest.
