Below is a walkthrough for The Ouroboros Experiment standard quest in Xenoblade Chronicles 3. To obtain this quest, we approached the ? in Colony Iota. Our affinity level with Colony Iota was at 3 stars when we saw the ?.
After the cutscene, head northeast towards the objective to find a large machine atop a hill. Approaching it will trigger a cutscene followed by a fight with the Level 46 Ulula. Defeat it to complete the quest.
