Below is a walkthrough for The Clifftop Hulk standard quest. To obtain this quest, approach the hulk northwest of Tower Camp rest spot on the northern side of the map.
Climb up to the top of the hill containing the Hulk and defeat all 12 Tirkin! There will be 4 Elites!! After you defeat them all, climb to the top of the Hulk and interact with the panel. Interact with the panel once again then use 25 Ether Cylinders to reboot the Hulk. Afterwards, the quest will complete!
