Below is a walkthrough for the Side Story: Noah hero quest in Xenoblade Chronicles 3. You’ll automatically obtain this quest as part of the main story.
After accepting the quest, travel to Ekdaso Verge landmark in the Syra Hovering Reefs. Follow the objective to reach a bridge. When you arrive, a cutscene will trigger. Once you’re able, head to the left of the bridge then use the machine there to fire a rope. Slide down it then work your way to the objective. Upon your arrive at the objective, a cutscene will trigger. When it concludes, continue heading forward through Fort O’Virbus and Keves Castle towards the next objective. Here you’ll fight the Level 60 Consul C. Defeat him then fight him once more. This time he will be Level 61! When the cutscene completes, so will the quest!
