Below is a walkthrough for the Severed Connection standard quest in Xenoblade Chronicles 3. To obtain this quest, approach the ? near the Colony 4 Barracks.
Approach the medical tent behind the canteen to trigger a cutscene. Afterwards, fast travel to the Altruistic Maribel Named Grave on the eastern side of the Aetia Region. If you haven’t defeat this unique enemy then just make your way to the objective. Once you reach the objective, you’ll find the remains of a battle. After the cutscene concludes, a fight will trigger with three Level 37 / Level 38 Mysterious Raiders. Defeat them then send off Maxie’s team. When the cutscene concludes, so will the quest!
