Below is a walkthrough for the Scant Supplies standard quest in Xenoblade Chronicles 3. To obtain this quest, listen in on the conversations around Colony Iota then head to the canteen to discuss the Goods in Storage topic. Please note that Alexandria is required for this quest.
For this quest, follow the objective to the Torus Hollow in the Fornis Region. To get there fast, fast travel to the Hidden Stash landmark in Elaice Highway! Once there, speak with Chelle.
For the next task, fast travel to Llyn Nyddwr Camp rest spot near the central part of the Fornis Region then head north. Once at the objective, speak with Thorbin. He’ll need 5 Trippleg Joints. These can be found in the Rae-Bel Tableland and Ribbi Flats at Grun Slope. After you’ve gathered 5, return to Thorbin and speak with him.
Next, travel to the Quicksand Basin landmark in the northeastern part of the Fornis Region then head east. Once at the objective, join the fray and take out the five Level 49 Dannagh Scorpox.
With your tasks complete, return to Chelle in Torus Hollow and speak with her to complete the quest.
