Below is a walkthrough for the Leaders in Training standard quest in Xenoblade Chronicles 3. To obtain this quest, listen in on the conversations around Fort O’Virbus in the Syra Hovering Reefs then head to a rest spot and discuss the Leaders-in-Training topic.
After accepting the quest, approach the training grounds to trigger a cutscene. Next, travel east to the objective and defeat the 10 enemies marked by the objectives. After you’ve defeated them all, return to the training grounds to complete the quest.
