Below is a walkthrough for the Bugs standard quest in Xenoblade Chronicles 3. To obtain this quest, listen in on the conversations around Colony Iota then head to the canteen to discuss Collectopedia Abuse topic. Please note that Alexandria is required for this quest.
Head to the nearby objective and speak with Sequoia. Next, fast travel to the Stoneyard landmark in the Pentelas Region. Once there, head north through the tunnel a short ways to reach the objective, triggering a brief cutscene. When it concludes, interact with the boulder to move it. Head inside and speak with Sif. Afterwards, return to Colony Iota and speak with Sequoia to complete the quest.
