Below is a walkthrough for the An Artist standard quest in Xenoblade Chronicles 3. To obtain this quest, listen in on the conversations around Fort O’Virbus in the Syra Hovering Reefs then head to a rest spot and discuss the Curious Picture topic.
After accepting this quest, speak with Stefaan in the Propatheon Cathedral area of Fort O’Virbus then make way for the City. Once there, speak with Wellwell then report back to Stefaan in the Syra Hovering Reefs. He’ll want to paint a commander that appears weak but is strong. Fiona is the one he is looking for so put her in your party then speak with him to complete the quest.
