For the Where is that Guy? standard quest in Xenoblade Chronicles 3, travel northwest of the Elevator Landing Camp rest spot in the Aurora Shelf. Once there you’ll encounter Volff around a Levnis Wreckage. Defeat them then interact with the wreckage. You’ll find a set of tracks leading away from the site so follow them. You’ll find Harby near the edge of a cliff. Afterwards, the quest will complete. As a reward, you’ll receive 1260 EXP, 1400 Gold, Shadow Mask and Black Feather Band.
