Head into A Stitch In Time and ring the bell after 8 am to talk to Mrs. Pankhurst.
Obtain an Invitation to the Reform Club
Make your way to the pawnbroker near Sally’s house to buy the invitation from Lionel.
Give Mrs. Pankhurst the Invitation
Head back to A Stitch In Time and ring the bell to summon Mrs. Oankhurst. Talk with her to send over the invitation and complete the quest.
