Below is a walkthrough for the Rare Herb Retrieval support request in The Legend of Heroes: Trails from Zero. You can pick up this request from the terminal in Chapter 2.

Enter the St. Ursula Hospital and head straight forward, passing the “Medical Office” sign. Enter through the door on your far left then speak with Dr. Lago who is sitting down in a chair. Exit the hospital then take the bus back to Crossbell. Once in the Crossbell, exit the city via the Residential District to reach the Mainz Mountain Path. Take the eastern path to reach Crossbell Cathedral. Head straight ahead and enter the church. When you’re inside, speak with Archbishop Eralda standing behind the altar. Head through the northern door near the exit to the church then follow the path to reach the archbishop’s office. Speak with Father Renton inside then return to St. Ursula Hospital and speak with Dr. Lago to complete the request.
