Meet Miles who is sitting at the Information Desk in the City Library in the Administrative District. Afterwards, speak with the following people:
- Fay – West Street – Bellheim Apartments
- Clarice – East Street – Acacia Apartments – 1st floor on the right
- Raymond – Administrative District – CPD HQ
After you’ve retrieved all 3 books, return to Miles and speak with him to hand over the books. Afterwards, the quest will complete. Make sure to report it at the SSS terminal!
