Below is a walkthrough for the Isle of Spires Vista Point in Horizon Forbidden West.
Scan the Vista Point Tower
The tower can be found on the southern side of the Isle of Spires.
Find Where the Vista Point Image was Taken
The point is located at the top of the nearby metal tower south of the Vista Point Tower. You won’t be able to reach it until you can fly after completing The Wings of the Ten main quest. After you land the bird atop the tower, shoot the ladder then pull the 2 metal beams down on either side of it using your Pullcaster. Jump to it and climb down. Drop onto the metal beam below then jump to the other beam. Climb up to the top of that tower to reach the top of it. Look for a metal beam sticking out and stand on it to find where the image was taken!
