Near Ruined City Underground – Natural Cavern
From the Natural Cavern mistle head southwest a short way to arrive at a path that splits off in two directions. Take the path on the right leading to higher ground. The item is located in the grass on the higher ground.
Ruined City Center – Parking Garage
From the Parking Garage mistle, climb down the ladder in the parking garage and follow the path forward. When you reach the intersection with the traffic light hanging in the center, head straight through it to find the item in the white grass behind a giant box (delivery truck). There will be a group of 5 enemies patrolling the intersection and a single hidden enemy near the item.
Howling Pit – Howling Pit Entrance
From the Howling Pit mistle, take the ramp down into the pits. Take a right at the bottom of the ramp and head straight (north) passing another ramp along the way to arrive at an orange-ish storage unit. Head past the storage unit, which will be on your right, to come to a broken piece of cement with yellow paint at the base sticking out of the water. The expansion factor will be in some white grass to the left.
Ashen Cavern – Towering Crags
Head from the mistle into a large room of the cavern and drop down the ledge on the left. Follow the scaled path to reach a higher level in the cavern. At the top of the scaled path, keep heading forward, following the path right and over a bridge to find the item at the end in some white grass.
Crown of Sand – Crown of Sand Entrance
From the mistle, follow the path forward heading down the ramp into the city ruins. At the bottom of the ramp, take a right following the street south. When you reach the end with a taxi next to a metal stairwell, take a left and follow the sidewalk. At the roadblock, take a right and head up the ladder around the corner. At the top keep following the path east, ending up in a big open area with lots and lots of sand in the middle. In the middle of the sand, there will be a small patch of white grass next to the item. Watch out for all the spiked slime things hiding in the sand.
Crypt Spire – Crypt Spire Entrance
From the mistle, follow the path up the stairs heading south. When you get to the large circular platform, enter the small circular room at the end with a corpse leaning against the right wall. Take the left doorway and head up the stairs, entering another circular room. Exit out the right side of the room taking another flight of stairs up. Keep following the path until you come to a circular platform with a lever in the middle. Head forward (west) and climb up the ladder. At the top, keep following the path to enter a big circular room with a hole in the middle. Exit this room on the left side. When you get to the second circular platform after exiting the room, take the left path up the stairs under the two archways. Follow this path forward to find the item on a circular platform at the end in some white grass.
Provisional Government Outskirts – Provisional Government Outskirts Entrance
From the mistle, head north and climb up the ladder (shortcut) to reach the higher ground. Head across the metal walkway and take a left after the green army truck. Follow the path a short way to come to a ladder on the right side. Take a right in front of the ladder to find the item in some white grass.
